PAGE 5 READING MAPTwo final topics: wound care and high-protein diets
Wound care concerns an immediate injury and infection risk. The high-protein guide concerns food intake, energy balance and individual medical needs. They should not be blended into one general wellness answer.
Use the right standard for each decision
For a wound, consider depth, contamination, bleeding, pain and signs of infection; serious injuries need clinical care. For protein, look at total food intake, training and health history. Kidney disease, pregnancy and other conditions may require personal nutrition advice.
Return to the current health library
The restored health collection finishes here. Current SHAPE health guides cover screening, sleep, menstrual health, menopause and preventive care with visible sources and referral limits. Use those hubs when the next question is broader than either article on this page.
