Women’s Health Screening Checklist for Singapore

Create a private women’s health screening question list by age and history using current Singapore guidance, with clear limits and official sources.

Use the Women’s Screening Checklist

Answer a few questions to prepare a discussion list for a GP. The result does not decide eligibility, replace symptoms assessment or guarantee that a test is suitable. Guidance and subsidies can change, so confirm the plan with an official source or clinician.

01

What the screening checklist covers

The result groups common preventive-care conversations such as blood pressure and metabolic risk, cervical screening, breast screening, colorectal screening and bone-health risk. Age is only one part of the decision. Family history, earlier results, symptoms, pregnancy, medicines and existing conditions can move a conversation earlier or make a standard schedule unsuitable.

02

Screening is for people without symptoms

A checklist is not the right tool for unexplained bleeding, a new breast lump, chest pain, fainting, severe pelvic pain or another new symptom. Those concerns need timely assessment even when a routine screening date is far away. Tell the clinic about symptoms when booking so staff can guide the next step. A normal screening result also cannot rule out every possible health problem.

03

Take a useful list to your appointment

Bring major family history, current medicines, past screening dates and any result you already have. Ask what each test can find, possible harms, preparation, cost and when to expect results. If a test is not recommended yet, ask what would change that decision. Keep the final plan from your clinician rather than relying on a screenshot of this general checklist.
